MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES: Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing

OBJECTIVE: A Friend of mine asked me to recreate a critical hand control for his sun rotted Honda ATV, it turns out this part was no longer manufactured and was used across several models of Honda ATV's, I took the opportunity to begin low volume production of this part via a now defunct online 3D printing marketplace, Shapeways. to my surprise I ended up selling several hundred of these over the course of five years. It turns out that I had become the only producer of this replacement part in the entire world.
